Logging in with DigiD via an SMS check is not always available.
It varies per healthcare institution whether logging in with an SMS check has been made available.
You can then simply log in via the DigiD app.
Log in via the DigiD App
Select the option on the login screen 'With a text message check'.
Enter your username and password and click 'Login'.
A text message will then be sent to you.
Are you not receiving a text message? Then it may be that DigiD has an incorrect telephone number. In that case, please contact the DigiD helpdesk.
Enter the SMS code and click 'Next one'.
You are now logged in.
