How do I complete a PROM?
You can complete the PROM at a time of your choosing. How you are invited to a PROM differs per hospital.
For example, you can receive a code from an employee to complete the PROM.
It is also possible that you will be invited by email. You will find a code and a link to the PROM in this email. When you open the link, you must enter the code.
This email will contain the code that you must enter.
