We are pleased to announce that our HDZ team has made a positive step forward in strengthening our internal team. As of October, we have welcomed three new colleagues: Susan, Joost and Romina! Here they briefly introduce themselves:
Joost van Essen (Team Leader Service Desk)
With his background as an operational manager at a pharmaceutical company, he has gained strong experience in setting up and managing teams and departments. He inspires and motivates the teams so that they continue to deliver excellent service. In addition, he is responsible for drawing up and coordinating execution plans, managing a team and acting as a point of contact between the various parties involved.
Joost: “As team leader of the Digital Care Helpdesk, I am committed to making digital care accessible and understandable for everyone, together with my team. We strive to relieve both healthcare providers and patients with reliable and efficient remote support. In this way, we make remote care personal and close, and together we lower the threshold to the future of healthcare.”
Susan Ott (Service employee & PBL expert)
Susan joined us on September 1 as a Service Employee and PGO expert. With her extensive experience of 28 years at Rabobank, where she fulfilled various service and advisory functions, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. In her new role at HDZ, Susan wants to use this experience to contribute to an accessible and understandable digital care environment for everyone. Her extensive background in financial services and customer-oriented advice makes her a valuable addition to our team.
Susan: “I am really looking forward to using my knowledge and experience at Stichting Helpdesk Digitale Zorg. It feels good to work on something that has a social impact. Together with my great, expert colleagues, I want to work on making digital care understandable and accessible for everyone. I believe that everyone has the right to care, even if it is digital.”
Romina (Marketing & Communications Employee)
Romina graduated this summer from the Hogeschool Utrecht and has already gained valuable experience at Rijkswaterstaat and the Province of Utrecht. From this month she will strengthen the HDZ team in the field of marketing and communication, focusing on the visibility of HDZ in the field of communication.
With my experiences at Rijkswaterstaat and the Province of Utrecht, I have gained valuable insights into internal and external communication and the transition to new systems and platforms. My mission was clear: to structure the working method and ensure a smooth implementation. Thanks to achieving various goals, such as a record number of employees using the new intranet and the launch of a renewed website. I look forward to using these experiences. Romina: “I believe that a well-considered approach, combined with fresh ideas, is essential to make digital care more accessible to everyone.”
Together on the road
We are happy with the positive energy they bring and look forward to taking important steps together, and with the entire enthusiastic HDZ team. In this way, we bring digital care closer, accessible, reliable and above all human!
