As a Services Team Leader you have a coaching and executive role within the Helpdesk Digital Care team. The service employees of Helpdesk Digital Care answer patients' questions about digital care by telephone, e-mail and chat. Together with the team members, you ensure that patients are helped as best as possible. This means that your focus is on how we can maintain and improve our quality. You know better than anyone how to motivate and convince colleagues.

You are the link between the team of service employees and the Business Development Manager, so that the wishes and needs of participating healthcare institutions are seamlessly translated into concrete actions. Conversely, you ensure that signals from patients are noticed and addressed, so that healthcare institutions can take action.

The quality of the service team is your responsibility. You ensure that the quality (and staffing) is always in order and developing. But also that successes are shared and celebrated.

Digital Care Helpdesk offers support in the use of digital care. Affiliated healthcare institutions can refer all non-medical substantive questions about digital care from patients and clients to the Digital Care Helpdesk. Our people have the latest knowledge about the systems common in the Netherlands, used by healthcare institutions such as hospitals, rehabilitation centers, home care, general practitioners or mental health care.
