Arene Alpha is a useful addition to the care provided by your own GP. With Arene Alpha it is possible to ask questions to a GP. And to speak to an Arene Alpha GP on workdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This will help you exactly as your own GP does, only digitally. You remain registered as a patient with your own GP. The costs will be reimbursed by your health insurer and your deductible will not be used.
