Digi.me – How do I delete my account?
Steps in brief
- Log in to Digi.me
- Open the menu and scroll down
- click on 'Delete my account'
- Click again 'Delete my account' for confirmation
1. Open the menu
Go to the Digi.me website and log in.
Click on the three vertical lines at the top right. A menu will now open on the right side of your screen.
Scroll down until you see the
Danger zone sees. Below that is a red button with the text 'Delete my account'. Click on this.
2. Confirm account deletion
A message will now appear asking whether you really want to delete your account.
click on 'Delete my account'.
Your account will now be deleted, along with the links to your hospital and GP details.
