Welcome to the Digital Care Helpdesk! We are the mainstay for anyone who works with digital healthcare applications or would like to get started with them. Our mission is to make the digital healthcare experience for users as simple and accessible as possible.

Who are we?

The Digital Care Helpdesk consists of a team of passionate and expert professionals with extensive experience in both the healthcare sector and the IT world.

Our employees are trained to provide patient, empathetic and effective support for a wide range of digital healthcare applications, from electronic patient records and teleconsultations to health apps and medical devices.

What are we doing?

We support patients and clients of various affiliated healthcare institutions in the use of digital care. This means they can now go to one place for all technical and non-medical questions regarding healthcare applications, such as HuisartsDichtbij, MedGemak or Uw Zorg Online.

They are helped skillfully and with a lot of patience by an experienced team of service employees who guide them in the use of digital care. Healthcare professionals thus have space and time to provide the best possible care to patients.

We support healthcare professionals to varying degrees in the use of digital care. We offer extensive support and advice to help them make optimal use of digital healthcare technologies.

We are also rural PHE information point, so you can also contact us for all your non-medical questions about the Personal Health Environments.

Our origins

The Digital Care Helpdesk Foundation will be established in 2022, a logical follow-up to a joint initiative by Tergooi MC, RHOGO and Amaris Zorggroep.

Merlijne Sonneveld, a team of specialists and service employees work together every day to achieve the ambition of Helpdesk Digital Care: making digital care accessible to everyone.
