Digital Care Helpdesk colleagues work together

The idea for Helpdesk Digital Care emerged in 2020. Founder and director Merlijne Sonneveld saw that the digitalization of healthcare brought many opportunities. But access to digitization is not self-evident for a large group of Dutch people.

The Digital Care Helpdesk Foundation will be established in 2022, a logical continuation of what was previously a joint initiative of Tergooi MC, RHOGO and Amaris Zorggroep.

Merlijne Sonneveld, a team of specialists and service employees work together every day to achieve the ambition of Helpdesk Digital Care: making digital care accessible to everyone.
