Digital Care Helpdesk is growing fast and that is why we are looking for one Service employee who wants to grow with us. As a Service Employee you are the first point of contact for patients and clients with questions about the digital care of his/her healthcare institution. The function is for 28 – 32 hours (4 days a week). Our lines are short, the working atmosphere is informal and there is plenty of room for your own input.

What are you going to do?

You are mainly concerned with supporting patients and clients of Dutch healthcare institutions. They contact us by telephone, e-mail or chat. You help them with questions about digital care, explain and show how the patient/client can get started themselves. Consider help with logging in, using self-measurements or health apps or video calling. This way you remove barriers when using digital care.

Of course, you don't do this alone. You work together in a friendly team of about 8 colleagues. You also help each other to help the patient as best as possible. You also have access to many manuals and reference works, so you always have an answer ready.

You proactively look for improvements within the service desk and ensure that we help people as best as possible in their transition to digital care.

What does your working day look like?

  • You answer phone calls and emails from patients with questions about digital care
  • You call back people who have made a call-back appointment or called outside opening hours
  • You update manuals with current information
  • You ensure that the website is up to date
  • You provide support in creating reports for our partners
  • Comes up with ideas to make our service better and more fun
