Digi.me – I forgot my password, what now?
Steps in brief
- Go to the website and click 'Login'
- click on 'Forgot your password'
- Enter your email address and enter the verification code
- Enter a new password and click 'Further'
1. Forgot your password
Go to the Digi.me website. At the top right of the image 'Login'. Click here to continue.
next to Password 'Forgot your password'. Click on this.
2. Request new password
Now enter your email address and click 'Send verification code'. An email with a code will then be sent to your email address.
Open the email and enter the code. Then click 'Verify code'.
A code will then be sent to your phone. Enter the code and you will now be taken to the page where you can create a new password.
Enter your new password and click 'Further' to wrap it up.
