How can I delete my Virtuagym account?
It is possible to delete your account. But you can't find this in your settings.
Below you can read what you need to do. You can only delete your account via the computer.
Steps in brief
- Make sure you are logged in to your Virtuagym account
- Open a new tab and go to the Virtuagym Help Center
- click on 'English' and choose 'Dutch'
- Use the search bar to search for 'Remove Account'
- click on 'How do I delete my account'
- click on 'Click here to delete your account'
- Type 'I want to delete my account'
- Enter your password and click 'To delete'
- In the message that now appears, click on 'OK'
1. login
Go to the Virtuagym website and log in.
It is important that you remain logged in while deleting your account. Therefore, open a new tab.
2. Go to the Help Center
On the new tab you have opened, go to the Virtuagym Help Center.
You can find the Help Center by going to the Virtuagym login page and scrolling all the way to the bottom.
At the bottom is on the right side of your screen 'Help'. Click here to open the Help Center.
Change the language
The language of the website is in English. You can change this by pressing 'English' clicking and then 'Dutch' to choose.
The website is now in Dutch.
3. Search field
Below the text 'Find all the answers here' there is a search box. In this search box you type 'How do I delete my account?'.
Then click 'How do I delete my account?' and then up 'Click here to delete your profile'.
4. Delete your account
Under the heading 'Delete account' you must understand the sentence 'I want to delete my account' typing.
You do not need to provide a reason for deleting your account. Enter your password and click 'To delete'.
You will now receive a message asking you if you are sure you want to delete your account. click on 'OK' if you are sure.
Your account has now been deleted.
