Log in to MyRevalidatieFriesland. You do this with your DigiD.

After logging in, open your agenda. To do this, click on 'Agenda' and then on 'Video consultation'.

On this page you will see an overview of the planned video consultations. To the right of the appointment is the button to start the consultation.

So you do this by clicking on 'Start Video Consultation' to click.
You can take a seat in the digital waiting room one hour before your consultation starts (you do this by starting the video consultation)

You will see the message below.
If the Teams application is already installed on your device, you can click on the button 'Open' (see red outlined square).

If the Teams application is not installed, you can click on 'Continue in this Browser' (yellow outlined square).
You may only see the yellow outlined button, in which case select it.

You will now arrive at the screen where you can see whether your webcam and sound are set correctly.
On the left you see an example of what your webcam sees. Make sure both yellow circled sliders are activated as in the example below.
Then click on the button 'Join Now' (see red outlined button)

Now you are in the waiting room.
Please wait patiently until your doctor or healthcare provider joins the conversation. The conversation will then start automatically.
