Steps in brief
- Log in to Ivido
- click on 'Retrieve data'
- Find your healthcare institution
- Indicate which data you want to retrieve
- Log in to your healthcare institution and the data will be retrieved
1. Log in to Ivido
Open the Ivido website or app and log in with your email address and password.
2. Retrieve data
From the home page that you see after you have logged in, you can click 'Retrieve data' click.
3. Find your healthcare provider
In the window that is now open, you can search for your healthcare provider.
Can't find your healthcare provider? Then try searching for only part of the name or only by place of residence.
4. Choose the correct data
Once you have found your healthcare provider, click on the name. Then click on 'Get my details' and you will be taken to the login page of your healthcare provider. Log in here to complete the data collection.
