Steps in brief
- Log in to MyMitz
- click on 'Your Choices'
- You can now adjust your choices per category
- When you're done, you can go 'Save' click
1. Your choices
Log in to MyMitz.
Click at the top 'Your Choices'. This heading will only appear if you have previously given permission.
2. Adjust consent
Once you have opened the heading, you will see different categories. You can check per category which healthcare institution has permission and change this if necessary.
click on 'Save' if you edited a category.
