Log in to MyRehabilitationFriesland.
At the top you will see a bar with multiple topics. click on 'Dossier'.
You will find various parts in the file. These are explained in more detail below:

In correspondence you will find letters about your medical situation.
For example, letters that you receive yourself, but also letters that have been sent from Revalidatie Friesland to your GP or another specialist.
click on 'Open PDF' to download the letter as a PDF.

In the treatment report section you can read what your rehabilitation doctor and practitioners have written in your medical file.
The report will appear in your file two days after your treatment.

In the rehabilitation plan you can read the findings of your treatment team, the goals that have been set and the agreements that have been made.
click on 'show content' to view the rehabilitation plan.
