How do I complete the weekly questionnaire?
Steps in brief
- Open the Asthma app
- Press the plus sign and then 'Weekly questionnaire'
- Complete the questions
1. Open questionnaire
Open the Asthma app and press the plus sign at the bottom right. Then press 'Weekly questionnaire'.
It is also possible to click on the homepage 'Start questionnaire' to push.

You complete the questionnaire by answering the questions and then clicking 'Next' to push.
After completing the questionnaire you will see an overview of the results.
Press 'To the home screen'.
