How do I make an injection appointment at Atalmedial without an order number?
Steps in brief
- Go to the Atalmedial Prikafspraak website
- click on 'Make an appointment without order number'
- Choose the reason for the appointment and choose a date. click on 'Next one'
- Choose a location where you want to have the appointment
- Choose an appointment option and click 'Next one'
- Enter your personal details and click 'Confirm'
- The appointment has now been made
1. Make an appointment without an order number
Go to the Atalmedial injection appointment website.
When you have the page open you will see two options to make an appointment.
If you would like to make an appointment, but do not have an order number, please choose the option: 'Make an appointment without order number'.
2. Please indicate your preferred date
On this page you can indicate a reason for the appointment at the top right.
Below you can choose a date for the appointment.
If you also have a preference for a specific time, click on the ball next to it 'Specify preference'.
A list will then appear where you can select a time period.
Once you have filled in everything, click 'Next one'.
3. Choosing a location
On the new page that now appears you can choose a location. You can use the search bar to find a location near you.
Once you have found a location, click on the dot next to the name. And then you click 'Next one'.
4. Fill in data
Now fill in your personal details and click 'Next one'.
Available dates are now shown. Click on the dot for the appointment that suits you and click 'Confirm'.
You will now see the overview with your appointment confirmation. An email has also been sent to you.
click on 'Finished' when you're done.
Order number not found
If your order number is not found, it is older than a certain date.
It is then not possible to make an appointment with the order number.
