Zorgdoc – How do I retrieve data via the website?
Steps in brief
- Open the Zorgdoc website and log in
- click on 'To Zorgdoc Medmij'
- click on 'Check my 2FA'
- Enter the code of the SMS on the website
- click on 'Request data'
- Find your healthcare provider
- Select the data you want to retrieve and click 'Request data'
- You will arrive at the healthcare provider's website. Log in here
1. Open the website
Open the Zorgdoc website and log in. When you are logged in, click 'To Zorgdoc Medmij'.
2. Check 2FA
Now click 'Check 2FA' When you click on this, an SMS will be sent to your mobile. This contains a code that you must enter on the Zorgdoc website.
3. Request data
Now click 'Request data'. Now you can search for your healthcare provider.
When you have found your healthcare provider, click on it and indicate which data you want to retrieve.
Once you have selected the correct information, click 'Request data'.
You will then be redirected to your healthcare provider's website. Log in here to link the data to your Zorgdoc account.
