Zorgdoc – I forgot my password, what now?
Steps in brief
- Go to the login page
- click on 'Can't you log in?'
- Have a code sent to you by email or text message
- Enter the code and create a new password
1. Forgot your password
Go to the Zorgdoc login page and click 'Can't you log in?'.
You can now choose how to change your login details. A password recovery code will then be sent by text message or email.
Before you receive the code, you must first enter your email address or telephone number.
Once you have received the code, you must enter it on the website. Then click on 'Code entered'.
2. Reset password
A screen will now appear with the linked accounts. click on 'Change login details' to the account from which you cannot log in.
You will now arrive on the page to create a new password and/or username.
If you have changed the details, you can click 'Set Password' click.
Then log in with the new password.
