Can I withdraw my consent per healthcare provider?
You can withdraw your consent by informing your healthcare provider.
It is also possible to do this via Volgjezorg.nl. Below you can read how you can do this:
Steps in brief
- Go to the Volgjezorg website
- click on 'Permissions'
- click on 'Revoke consent'
- Now click on the 'Revoke consent' knob
- Choose 'Withdraw consent per healthcare provider'
- Find your healthcare provider now
- click on 'NO'
- Fill in your details and click 'Checking data'
- click on 'Confirm'
1. Go to withdraw consent
Go to the Volgjezorg website.
Then click 'Permissions'. The right side of the screen now says 'Revoke consent'. Click on that.
Then you scroll down and there is a button there 'Revoke consent'. Click that button.
Choose now 'Withdraw consent per healthcare provider'. Then search for your healthcare provider in the search function. Click on the dot in front of the name of the healthcare provider and click on the dark blue one at the bottom of the page 'Next one' knob.
2. Revoke consent
Click on the big one 'NO' button to select the healthcare provider.
Fill in your details and click 'Checking data'.
Check your details and click 'Confirm' to withdraw consent.
