Zodos – How do I retrieve data?
Before you can retrieve data in Zodos, you must add two-factor authentication (2FA) to your profile.
Steps in brief
- Log in to Zodos
- below Healthcare providers you can search for your healthcare provider
- Click on the name of your healthcare provider
- Indicate what information it concerns and click 'Make a connection'
- Log in with your DigiD
1. Log in
Go to the Zodos website and log in.
2. Find your healthcare providers
Under the heading Healthcare providers you can search for your healthcare provider.
Once you have found it, click on the name. Next, you must indicate what information you want to retrieve.
3. Make a connection
Choose the type of data you want to retrieve and click 'Make a connection'.
You will now be directed to the healthcare provider's website, where you can log in with your DigiD.
Click on the 'Login' button and login to the healthcare organization.
Once you have logged in, the information can be read in Zodos.
