The steps in brief
- Go to the KIJK Sluiter website
- Click on 'Start my KIJK Sluiter'
- Find your healthcare provider
- Find your medicine
- Once you have found your medicine, click 'Continue'
- You will now see a video explaining the medicine
With some medications you will be asked additional questions that you must answer before a video appears
1. To start
Go to the Kijksluiter website and click on 'Start my KIJKcloser'. This is a red button in the middle of your screen.
2. Find your medicine
You can now search for your healthcare provider. First search for the city name and then for the name of your healthcare provider.
When you have found the right one, click on 'Further'.
Now you can search for your medicine. This can be done in several ways:
– The medicine name: Search for your medicine by entering the name.
– Via an RVG code: This is a five-digit code.
– Via an EU code: This is a code that starts with EU and has nine digits.
– Via the Barcode / QR code: you can scan the code via your camera on your tablet or phone.
click on 'Further' when you have found your medicine.
3. Answering questions
Before you see the video, you must answer a number of questions.
Once you have provided an answer, click 'Further'.
