Medxpert – How do I retrieve data?
Steps in brief
- Open the Medxpert app
- Press 'Files'
- Press 'Retrieve GP details'
- Find your practice and click 'Login'
- Log in with your DigiD
Find your healthcare organization
Open the Medxpert app. Sometimes the home screen already has the option to retrieve data. If you don't see the option, click first 'Files'.
You can then choose whether you want to provide details of the GP or the hospital.
Press 'Retrieve GP details' or on 'Retrieve hospital data'.
You can always retrieve data from the other healthcare organization later.
1. Retrieve data
Type the name of the general practice and the place of residence. Select your GP practice from the list.
Once you have found your healthcare organization, click on the name and then on 'To download'.
You will now be redirected to the healthcare organization's login page.
click on 'Login' and log in with your DigiD.
