1. Choose PHE
There are different PHEs. Every PHE is different. The difference, for example, lies in the healthcare providers with whom you can connect a PHE. And which self-measurement apps or smart watches you can connect also differs per PHE.

2. Create an account
Create an account for the chosen PHE. You can find a manual for each PHE on our website.
3. Linking a healthcare provider
Once you have created an account, you can link your healthcare provider. This works with DigiD.
