Log in to Patients Know Best. Then click 'Update my file'.
This is shown at the top right of the image.
Press the button 'Collect'. And find your healthcare provider.
Indicate which data you want to retrieve. Click on the correct option.
You must then give permission for your data to be retrieved via MedMij and then you can log in with your DigiD.
