The steps in brief
- Log in to Patients Know Best
- click on 'Update my file'
- click on 'Collect'
- Find your healthcare provider
- Indicate which data you want to retrieve
- Give permission and log in with your DigiD at the healthcare provider
1. To share
Log in to Patients Know Best. Then click 'Update my file'.
This is shown at the top right of the image.
2. Collecting data
Press the button 'Collect'. And find your healthcare provider.
Once you have found this, log in with your DigiD.

After this you will find your details in Patients Know Best
3. Select options
Indicate which data you want to retrieve. Click on the correct option.
You must then give permission for your data to be retrieved via MedMij and then you can log in with your DigiD.
