How do I retrieve my file in Patient Knows Best?
The steps in brief
More and more hospitals, general practices, pharmacists and other healthcare providers are making your medical file available.
You can view your data at affiliated healthcare institutions via Patient Knows Best.
1. To share
Go to 'Share' in your PGO and then select 'Care professionals'.
2. Collecting data
Click on the 'Collect data' button. A new tab will open.
3. Select options
Select the options: 'Collect', 'Your healthcare provider, 'BGZ' (for medical data) or 'PDFA' (for letters).
4. Log in with DigiD
Log in with your DigiD details and give your healthcare providers permission to share your data with PKB. Your data is now being retrieved. This may take a while.
