How do I start a video consultation?
You will receive an invitation by email from your healthcare provider to participate in the video consultation.
In this email you will find an invitation link to the video consultation and an access code.
Steps in brief
- Open your email
- Click on the link from your healthcare provider
- enter your name
- click on 'Open as guest'
- Enter the access code
- click on 'Validate code'
- You are now in the conversation
1. The invitation email
You have received an email from your healthcare provider inviting you for the interview via Zaurus.
In this email you will find an invitation link, click on this link.
2. Join the conversation
After you have opened the link, you can enter your name on the page that has opened.
Then click on 'Open as guest'. And enter the access code from your email.
Now click 'Validate code'.
Your browser may now request access to the camera and microphone.
Provide this if necessary and you will be connected to the video call.
