How do I delete an app?
The steps in brief
- Sometimes an app no longer works. Or do you want to free up space on your mobile device.
- It can then be useful to delete an app.
- In some cases, you may lose some or all of your data when you uninstall an app. Check that in advance.
1. Find the app on your home screen
Choose the app you want to remove. Don't click on it.
2. Long press the app
Press and hold the app until you see different options.
3. Delete app
You will now see the option to 'Uninstall app' or 'Delete'. Click this if you want to delete the app.
