Mitz is a joint initiative of healthcare providers in the Netherlands and is supported by the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport.
Sometimes we need and want to pass on medical information to each other.

When your healthcare provider uses Mitz, they can do this safely.
You can indicate yourself who may pass on which medical data to other healthcare providers.
You do this via MyMitz.

Logging in is done via DigiD. So you already have an account and can log in to see whether your healthcare providers use Mitz and whether you can adjust your permissions if necessary.
