At Helpdesk Digital Care, no day is the same. In your role you have a lot of contact with our affiliated participants, such as hospitals and general practitioner organizations. You easily switch between the different departments within a healthcare organization, find out where the needs lie and know how to translate this seamlessly into concrete actions for the entire team.
Partly thanks to your implementation skills, the patients and clients of our participants know how to find the Helpdesk. In addition, you take the input from patients/clients to the healthcare institutions. In this way you help to improve patient journeys a little further.
You maintain an overview of the various relationships of Helpdesk Digital Care and make adjustments where necessary. During the participant meetings you feel like a fish in water. We also believe it is important to celebrate and share successes together.
