Your healthcare provider will make a video call appointment with you. You will receive a confirmation email.

This appointment can also be viewed in the MyZGV environment.

You will receive a reminder email four days before the video call appointment.

There are two ways to start the video call:

• On the day of the video call appointment, a button will appear in the MyZGV environment two hours before the video call appointment: “Start Video Call Appointment”.
  By pressing this button you will automatically go to the digital waiting room.
• On the day of the Video Call Appointment, you will receive an email two hours before the Video Call Appointment containing a link to the Video Call.
  By clicking on the link you will automatically go to the digital waiting room.

When you are in the digital waiting room, you will hear a bell sound and see a countdown on the screen.
When the countdown is over, the conversation starts.
