How do I turn NFC on or off?
Activate NFC on iPhone, iPad and iOS
On the iPhone 12 or newer, NFC is always on and cannot be turned off.
For the iPhone 11 or open the control panel and press the NFC icon.
Activate NFC on Samsung and other Android devices
Open your phone's settings. Use the search function and type NFC. You can now turn NFC on or off. NFC is usually under the heading 'Connections'.
