Open the KIJK Sluiter app and log in with your account
After you have logged in, you must find your healthcare provider. You do this by first entering your city name and then choosing your healthcare provider.
Press 'Continue'.
If it is your first time using the app, you will need to answer some questions. Answer the questions and click 'Continue'.
Now you can look up your medicine. You can do this in four ways:
– The medicine name: Search for your medicine by entering the name.
– Via an RVG code: This is a five-digit code.
– Via an EU code: This is a code that starts with EU and has nine digits.
– Via the Barcode / QR code: you can scan the code via your camera on your tablet or phone.
To scan the code, you must allow the app to access your camera. You do this by pressing 'Scan barcode or QR code'. You will then be asked whether the app is allowed to use the camera. Press 'While using the app'. And scan the code.
When you have found your medicine, press 'Continue'.
Now you will have to answer some questions. These differ per medication.
