Steps in brief
- Download the app on your phone or tablet
- Open the app and press 'Login'
- Enter your email address and password and click 'Log in'
- Enter the verification code you received by text message
- Press 'Mobile Mobile Common For…'
- You're logged in
1. Download the app
To use the Medsafe app, you must first install it on your phone or tablet.
If you are using an Android (such as Samsung), do this via the Google Play Store.
If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad), you can do this via the Apple App Store.
Can't find the app? Then look up 'Medsafe Reborn'
2. login
After installing the app, you can open it.
You can now enter your username and password. Then you can leave 'Login' Press to log in.
3. Two step verification
To log in you need a verification code. This has just been sent to you by text message.
Enter the code and click 'Mobile Mobile Common For…'.
You are now logged in.
