Medsafe – How do I delete my account/data?
Steps in brief
- Open the Medsafe app
- Go to 'Menu'
- Press 'Profile'
- Press edit and then the trash can
1. login
To delete your account, first log in to the account you want to delete.
Then press 'Menu', these are the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen.
Now go to 'Profile'.
2. Remove Account
On your profile page you will see a small square in the top right corner with a pencil in it. Click on this.
You can now change and delete your profile information.
If you want to delete your entire profile, press the little trash can in the top right corner.
You will then receive a warning. If you really want to delete your account, press 'To confirm'.
