How do I use the MyAnna app?
To log in to MyAnna you need a DigiD. Below you can read how to log in:
Steps in brief
- Download the app
- Press 'Accept terms'
- Press 'Further'
- Press 'Pair now'
- Create a code
- Press 'Log in with DigiD'
- Log in and the app is linked
1. The app
Download the MyAnna app via the Google Play Store or via the Apple App Store.
Once the app has been downloaded, you can open it.
After opening the app you must agree to the terms and conditions. You do this by pressing 'Accept terms' to push.
You will then receive a brief explanation of how the app works. When you are done, press 'Further'.
2. Linking the app
Press 'Pair now' to link the app with your DigiD.
You will be asked to create a code. You must remember this code carefully. In the future you will have to enter this code when you open the app.
Then press 'Create PIN code'.
If no keyboard appears, you must press the first red dot.
3. Log in with DigiD
Now press 'Log in with DigiD'.
Once you have logged in, you have successfully linked the app and you can view your details in the MyAnna app.
In the future, log in with the code you set during linking.
