The steps in brief
- If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can create a new PIN code.
- You must re-register your device for this.
1. Forgot your PIN code?
Go to the menu and select 'Forgot your PIN code'.
2. Delete information
The following question will appear: All information will be deleted. Are you sure? Choose 'Yes'.
3. Register again
You can now re-register your device via MijnGezondheid.net. You can generate a new activation code via the 'Register MedGemak' button.
