PROMS stands for Patient Reported Outcome Measures. In Dutch this is called patient reported outcome measures.
In the hospital, you are asked to complete questionnaires during a number of treatments. In this way, the hospital maps out your health situation and can see whether it is improving as a result of the treatment. These questionnaires are called PROMs.
The PROMs questionnaires used contain questions about, for example, general daily functioning, pain, mobility, (mental) health and quality of life.
