Zorg van Nu made the video below about Helpdesk Digital Care, which explains how we make digital care accessible on a daily basis. In the video, GP Bas Weebers (RHOGO) together with service desk employee Anne Marie van Maarseveen to explain how this works. And digital care is of course about the user, which is why we are happy that Mr. Tensen wanted to tell us something about his experience with us: “Even though you have become a bit more independent with these things, it is a safe feeling that if you run into problems with something new that you can approach the helpdesk.” And so it is!

Care of Now shares experiences with smart care in various ways and we raise awareness of innovations in order to increase knowledge about and use of smart care. Many examples of smart care are shared on the website for inspiration and there is information for healthcare professionals and (innovation) managers about implementing them. Zorg van Nu is an initiative of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS).
