1. Choose PBL
There are different PGOs. Every PGO is different. The difference, for example, lies in the healthcare providers with whom you can connect a PGO. And which self-measurement apps or smart watches you can connect also differs per PGO.

2. create an account
Create an account for the chosen PGO. You can find a manual for each PGO on our website.
3. Linking a healthcare provider
Once you have created an account, you can link your healthcare provider. This works with DigiD.
