Selfcare – How do I delete my data/account?
It is possible to delete your Selfcare data/account. Below you can read how to do this.
If you used a paid Selfcare service, the direct debit will also be stopped immediately when your account is deleted.
Steps in brief
- Open the Selfcare website and log in
- click on 'Institutions'
- Choose the tab 'Account'
- click on 'Remove Account'
- click on 'Yes, delete my account'
- You will receive a confirmation of the deletion of your account by email
1. Log in
Go to the Selfcare website and log in.
2. Open the settings
On the left of the screen you will see a menu. Click on that menu 'Institutions'.
3. Open your account
At the top of the image (below the word Institutions) you will see multiple tabs. click on 'Account‘ so that this word is bolded and underlined.
4. Remove Account
You will now see the bottom right 'Remove Account'. Click here.
Then click on 'Yes, delete my account'.
You will receive a confirmation of the deletion of your account by email.
