Selfcare – How do I retrieve data?
Steps in brief
- Open the Selfcare website and log in
- click on 'PBL'
- Search for your healthcare provider, select it and click 'Next one'
- Select the type of data (for example GP data) and click 'Select'
- click on 'Log in with DigiD' and log in with your DigiD
- Give permission for the data to be retrieved
- You will be sent back to Selfcare and you should now see the data
1. Log in
Go to the Selfcare website and log in.
2. Open PBL
On the left of the screen you will see a menu. Click on that menu 'PBL' and then on 'Start data import'.
3. Find your healthcare provider
You can now search for your healthcare provider. Once you have found your healthcare provider, select it. You do this by clicking on it.
Then click at the bottom of the page 'Next one'.
If you cannot find your healthcare provider, try searching using only part of the name.
4. Select the data service
You now need to indicate what type of data you want to retrieve. This could, for example, be GP data.
Once you have selected the correct type, click 'Select'.
5. Retrieving the data
Now click on to retrieve the data 'Log in with DigiD'.
You then log in with your DigiD username and password.
6. Wrapping up
After the login page you will see a page where you are asked for permission.
You click 'Yes, I give permission'. You will now be sent back to Selfcare and you can see the Care Provider details in your PGO.
