1. Download the app
To use the Selfcare app, you must first install the app on your phone or tablet.
If you are using an Android (such as Samsung), do this via the Google Play Store.
If you use an Apple device (iPhone, iPad), you can do so via the Apple App Store.
2. login
After installing the app, you can open the Selfcare app.
The first time you open the app, you will receive an introduction. You can go through this by clicking 'Next one' to push.
