Every organization affiliated with Minddistrict has its own Minddistrict platform.
Below you can read how this works via the computer and via the Minddistrict app:

You use Minddistrict via the computer via various websites for the various organizations.
These websites (platforms) are separate from each other and you will not find information from one portal in another portal.
Your care providers cannot see that you also have an account elsewhere.

Because the websites are separate, you can also use the same email address for the different platforms.

Do you log in via the app with your email address and password and do you have multiple accounts with those details? The app will then recognize this and ask you which account you want to log in to.

If you want to switch accounts, you must first log out of the current profile. Closing the app is not enough.
You can log out by going to your profile and then pressing settings (the gear icon). Then choose 'Log out'.
You can then log in with a different account.

If you use the QR code to enter the app, the app recognizes which account you want to log in through
you will be taken to the account of the platform you used to create the QR code.
