2. Check whether you see your healthcare provider in the list of healthcare providers
When you have received an invitation from your healthcare provider, this healthcare provider will be listed in the overview of healthcare providers.
3. Check the settings of your mobile device
Is your phone or tablet not on airplane mode or do not disturb? Do you have a working internet connection? And have you given permission to send notifications and use the camera and microphone? Then you are ready for your video call. If you still have any doubts, please contact us.
