How can I make video calls via Minddistrict?
Steps in brief
- Log in to Minddistrict
- click on 'Contact'
- click on 'Start conversation' and then up 'Start video call'
- Allow your browser to use the microphone and webcam
1. Start the conversation
After you have logged in to Minddistrict, click on 'Contact'. This is at the top of the page.
You will see yours on the right linked professionals.
Below the professional you want to call is stated 'Start conversation'. If you click on it, a conversation will open.
It's at the top right 'Start video call'. If you click on it, the video call will start.
2. Video calling
The first time you make a video call, you must allow your web browser to use your microphone and webcam.
A message will appear from your web browser asking for permission. How this happens varies per web browser.
After you have given permission, click on the blue button: "I changed the settings, please try again".
The video call will now start.
