Log in to Consultation Hours.
It says on the home screen 'Pick up file'. Click on this. You will then arrive at a page where you can search for your healthcare provider.
Once you have found your healthcare provider, click on it. A blue border will then appear around it.
Then click 'Next one'. This is shown at the bottom right of the image.

Now indicate which type of data you want to retrieve. Select it and click 'Next one'.
On the new page you can specify which data you want to retrieve. To retrieve everything, click 'Next one'.

You will now see the DigiD logo. If you op 'Next one' Click If you will be taken to the login page of the organization from which you want to retrieve data. There you log in with your DigiD.
After logging in, the data has been added to your file in Consultation Hours.
