How can I change or cancel an appointment?
1. Change appointment
Go to the RKZ injection appointment website. And click 'Change appointment'.
Enter the appointment code and your date of birth. Then click 'Next one'.
Now follow the steps on the screen and make a new appointment.

Now follow the steps on the screen and make a new appointment.
4. Cancel appointment
Go to the RKZ injection appointment website. And click 'Cancel appointment'.
5. Enter appointment code
Enter the appointment code and your date of birth. Then click 'Next one'.
You can cancel the appointment on the page that now appears.
