How do I set up my Medical ID on an iPhone?
Steps in brief
- Open your iPhone's settings
- Press 'Health' and then up 'Medical ID'
- Fill in your details and contacts and press 'Ready'
1. Open Medical ID
Open your iPhone's settings.
Then scroll down until you 'Health' see and select it.
Then press 'Medical ID'.
2. Fill in Medical ID
If this is your first time creating a Medical ID, press 'To work'.
If you already have a Medical ID and would like to change it, press 'Change'.
Enter your details now.
3. Emergency Contacts
When you're done, you can also add contacts who will receive a message in case of emergency.
After ending an emergency call, your contacts will automatically receive a message from the iPhone. Unless you cancel it yourself.
