Health Meter – How do I create an account?
To use the Health Meter you need an account. You can follow the following steps to create an account:
Steps in brief
- Open the Health Meter website
- click on 'Create an account'
- Click on the module 'Medical data'
- Enter your email address
- You will now receive a code by email, fill it in and click 'Activate'
1. Open the website
Open the Health Meter website. You can also click on this link: Create account Health meter
2. Click on create account
Click on the blue button 'Create an account‘. You will find the button at the top right.
3. Click on medical data
You will now see an overview with multiple modules. You want to create an account for a PGO. So you choose the top option 'Medical data'.
4. Enter your email address
Enter your email address and click 'Activate'.
5. Enter the code and click activate
You will now receive a code in your email, enter it on the website and click 'Activate'.
