Yris is a client portal. In Yris, you can view information about your care. You can, among other things:

• view your appointments;
• read reports via the timeline;
• view your care plan;
• view medical data, such as your advance directive, donor registration, and choice regarding resuscitation;
• see who is part of your client network (only for yourself or your legal representative).

Anyone with access to Yris can view the basic medical data.
