How do I make an appointment in mQ-Client?

1. Open appointments

By clicking on the tile "Dates" on the home screen or via menu item  "Dates" open your page 'Dates'.

Here you can view the agreements.

2. View your appointment list

In the appointment list you can see the appointments in which you are involved as a participant.

If the appointment concerns you, but you are not present (such as an MDO or an appointment with your loved ones), the appointment will not be included in the list.

Past appointments are visible, but are shown in light gray.

The next appointment is in the middle of the list.

Scrolling through the list is possible.

Scrolling up will reveal past appointments, scrolling down will reveal upcoming appointments.

You can quickly navigate to another month and/or year using the filter at the top.

 

3. View appointment details

To view the details of an appointment, click on an appointment in the appointment overview.

The following appointment details are visible:

Title of the appointment.
Day and date.
Start and end time.
Location: Address is shown.
Video calling: press “to participate”.

4. Change/cancel appointment

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or cancel your appointment online.

This is done by telephone via your healthcare provider/practitioner.
